Brother Jones, a javelin thrower for UCLA track coach Elvin Drake in the 1950s and U.S. Army veteran, passed to the Adytum on Sept. 16, 2016. The gregarious Jones was friends with everyone he met, and a true Bruin until the end. He attended the 2016 UCLA-USC track meet and ran into former teammate and gold medalist Rafer Johnson.

Adytum on High: Capt. Gerald Peterson
Brother Peterson passed to the Adytum on High in 2016. He served in active duty in the Navy for five years on submarines, and 25 years in the reserves.
Adytum on High: George Francis
Brother Francis, a global businessman who worked throughout the United States and in Indonesia and Australia, passed to the Adytum on High on Aug. 9, 2016. He retired from the petroleum industry and enjoyed his family and golfing.
Adytum on High: Nicholas Zorotovich
Brother Zorotovich passed to the Adytum on High in Aug. 2016 in Oregon. He and his wife worked as teachers and counselors in Los Angeles for decades, fulfilling the Creed to promote scholarship. He regularly attended UCLA football games at Oregon and Oregon St. and defended Bruin honor.
