This policy explains how the Upsilon Alumni Association handles questions about duplicate or erroneous payments, annual alumni dues, voluntary contributions, and event registrations or buy-ins. Questions may be sent to billing@uclasigmapi.com.

Identify the payer, transaction, reason, and relevant event or item. Do not send full payment-card information by email.

When eligible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Related registration, receipt, contribution acknowledgement, and accounting records will be corrected as needed.
