Admiral James Seely, U.S. Navy (retired)

Brother Seely, who flew in combat during the Vietnam War and commanded aircraft carriers during his 50-year for the Navy career, passed to the Adytum on High on Jun. 3. He married his college sweetheart, Gail, a UCLA sorority girl, and retired as an Admiral. He was honored with a Founders Award at Convocation in 1998, and is one of Upsilon’s most distinguished alumni.
