Judge Andrew Guilford has been promoting Hall of Fame selection for the great Dodger shortstop Maury Wills, one of the best base stealers of all-time. Guilford attended Dodger Stadium’s Opening Day in 1962 and works with Wills to mentor at-risk youths. The L.A.
