| We lost to Florida, but no fears — we’ll be back! Howlund is for real, the best coach we’ve had since Larry Brown! Sean Topp, Dave Canty, Bruce MacDonald and Tim Howell roadtripped to Indianapolis to watch UCLA’s first trip to the Final Four since 1995. We beat Louisianna (actually, CRUSHED!) State in the semifinals, but then got whupped by Florida in the final. I think Tim and Dave went straight to Indy from a trip in Mexico — talk about road warriors! While there, Sean Topp met Ed O’Bannon, the legend who helped us win the 1995 title by dismantling Arkansas! Sean also defended Bruin honor by talking smack with George Mason fans who tried to dis’ our man, Ed O.! Wait ’til next year! Other notes: 2. Mon., May 15: Career Night at the house. Time: Dinner at 5:30, meeting at 7:00. I need 4-5 brothers to come and talk to brothers and give career advice. 3. Thur., May 18: Seniors Night in Westwood: Time: 7:30 pm, probably at Westwood Brewing Co. or Acapulco’s.
